THE WORKOUTS ~ 10 workouts on 4 dvd’s
The workouts are designed to progress, so you have Sweat, Sculpt, and Ab Ripper workouts all at 3 levels, and one Saturday Special. The A levels are 25 minutes, B levels are 35, and C levels are 45, so you work your way up as you progress.
